Toyota Proace recall: Vehicle configuration (Proxi) update on certain Toyota Proace Max BEV

What can go wrong
For certain vehicles the Body Control Module (BCM) is not properly configured to detect turn signal lamp failures. As a result if a bulb fails the BCM does not recognize the fault and fails to activate a mandatory tell-tale and warning to the driver.
