Honda Jazz and others recall: Airbag may fail to deploy correctly
DVSA recall R/2017/017 names the Honda Jazz, Honda Accord, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic and Honda Legend. It was launched 28 March 2017. It covers vehicles built 4 July 2008 to 4 January 2010.

What can go wrong
Abnormal deployment pressure may lead to rupture of the passenger's air bag inflator case. In the event of an inflator rupture metal fragments could be propelled into the passenger compartment
The fix
On affected vehicles replace the inflator inside the passenger's air bag module.
