Porsche 911 recall: Front side airbags may be impaired
DVSA recall R/2017/015 names the Porsche 911 and Porsche 718. It was launched 20 January 2017. It covers vehicles built 28 September 2015 to 29 September 2016.

What can go wrong
It has been identified that the front side airbags may have been fitted with the incorrect detonators. If the vehicle is involved in a collision then the airbags may not operate as intended.
The fix
Recall all affected vehicles to replace the front side airbags with a quality assured replacement.
