What can go wrong

The wiring for the power steering electric pump may interfere with the edge of the left front wheel arch. This may cause damage to the wiring and a loss of power steering assistance.

The fix

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected so the wiring can be placed in a protective pipe. The wiring and pipe will then be secured in the correct position.
