  • At 11 years the Ford Fusion fails 28.1% of MOTs (3,486 tests), 5.2 points below the 33.3% for all cars that age. At 22 years it fails 45.5% (3,518 tests), 4.5 points above the 41.0% average.
  • The gap is widest at 11 years: 5.2 points below all cars.
  • Its most common structural or mechanical fail item at 16 years: Rigid brake pipes: excessively corroded, at 6.6 per 100 MOTs.
